3. A2P Compliance & Communication

By providing your phone number and business information during onboarding, you explicitly consent to the use of this data to register your business under governing telecommunication laws to ensure compliant AI text and voice outreach operations.

3a. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to TailorMade AI, you consent to receive text messages from us including but not limited to: appointment reminders, service updates, booking confirmations, and promotional communications related to our AI automation services.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service usage. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all texts sent and received.
  • Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
