TailorMade AI operates on a "Pay on Results" framework where applicable and agreed upon in writing. We do not guarantee specific monetary returns or lead volumes unless explicitly outlined in an executed Service Level Agreement.
You acknowledge that the Service will interact with your prospects via SMS, Voice, and Web Chat. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents under applicable laws (including TCPA regulations) to contact these prospects using automated systems.
In no event shall TailorMade AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
